Dear All,
Please be informed that there will be server downtime on March 22nd 2025(Saturday ), from 11:30 PM to 12.30 PM (UTC+3:00 Kuwait) due to scheduled updates for the main gateway switch, firewall, and cybersecurity appliance.
During this period,
- Internet service will be unavailable at the Crystal 37th-floor office and Aljon Office,
- All other services will be down across all regions.
- AVAYA services will be down
